How to Draw the Back of the Arm Comic Art Style
You can get my Anatomy Art Course here - ram-studios-comics-art-school.teachable.com/p/how-to-draw-dynamic-anatomy-step-by-step?coupon_code=YTVIDDIS20
In this video you will learn how to draw the back of the arm by paying special attention to the elbow and the epicondyles. These bony landmarks make drawing the back of the arm more manageable.
Once I started to realize how many of the muscles converge at these points it was much easier to draw the back of the arm anatomy from memory. I hope this tutorial is helpful to you and please LIKE - SHARE - SUBSCRIBE for new video tutorials!
Have a great day and good luck with your art! :)

    This is one of the more thorough hatching videos I've seen! Something that blows my mind is the guys who can do each hatching line with one fluid motion of the brush, and their control is so fine that they taper perfectly together. That said, I'm also humbled by the patience of people who put more time into tapering each line with a finer pen.

      People have made comics with ai but they suck. Generic and lifeless. Comics have an exceptional amount of intentionality drawn into them for the purpose of conveying the story, and ai has essentially no intention. Comics are currently very difficult for ai, but unfortunately the technology will probably progress to solve a lot of these problems eventually.

    • @RobertMarzullo
      @RobertMarzullo 5 днів тому

      @@spencertilton5853 Good point. Even if they get to where Ai could make comics that look better than the ones made by humans I doubt they would ever sell very well. We are amazed by the creative people involved and how they do it. Just look at the lines at a comic show for popular artists and writers. I would never spend a dollar of my money or a minute of my time with Ai generated comics. Just my opinion of course.

    All of those can be done. Ai can’t physically tattoo anybody, or physically draw, but it could come up with the ideas. I agree artists will always have a job, but saying ai can’t do these things, it can. The art made from now until infinity will always have less value because of ai, but artists will not be out of a job. And therefore REAL art will become more valuable!

    • @UniDeathRaven

God bless.

    • @RobertMarzullo
      @RobertMarzullo 9 днів тому

      I was pointing out that these jobs need a human to perform the art, therefore they are safe from Ai. Just because Ai can push out an image it doesn’t jeopardize any of those professions. I worked in each them at one time or another. They all required human connection and building relationships. That is what is most important to focus upon in my opinion.

      @RobertMarzullo 13 днів тому

      Let me pick one and prove my point. The first one is Caricaturing at parties. I had to drive all over the state and perform in person. I had to be funny and make the audience feel emotions while drawing the art. There is no way Ai can bridge that gap. Sure someone can get an Ai generated image of them as a caricature. That doesn’t come close to the human experience of getting one at an event.
